Currency and Exchange Rate
The currency is the Canadian Dollar (CAD).
You can exchange your money at various currency exchange offices or banks at the airport or downtown. However, we recommend exchanging your money with your bank before departure or paying for your purchases on-site with a credit card. It is often more advantageous in terms of exchange rates to pay directly with a credit card, but you should check with your bank for any potential fees before your departure.
